Education:

 

1983. – 1991.   Primary Music School and 1. grade of High Music School Stevan Mokranjac – Vranje (prof. K. Jasarev).

1991. – 1994.   High Music School Stankovic - Belgrade (prof.  M. Geric)

1994. – 1999.    Academy of Arts Novi Sad (prof. N. Srdic)

1999. – 2002.    Postgradueted Studies, Master’s Studies,  Academy of Arts Novi Sad

2000. 2001. 2002. Master classes with prof. Ricardo Morales, prof. Michael Collins and prof. Michele Arrignon.

 

Orchestral Experience:

 

1991. – 1994.   First solo clarinet, Youth Philharmonic Borislav Pascan Belgrade.

1994. – 1999.First solo clarinet, Symphonic Orchestra of The Academy of of Arts Novi Sad.   Conducted  by maestro Mladen Jagust, orchestra used to intensively perform in Novi Sad, Belgrade and across Serbia. 

Since 1998 .  First solo clarinet, Chamber Opera Madlenijanum–Belgrade.

 

Since 2000 .  First solo clarinet, UBS  Verbier Festival  Orchestra (resident orchestra of the Verbier Festival & Academy Switzerland), music director, maestro James Levine.

 

Since 2000. , Aleksandar Tasic performed as the first solo clarinetist  at the ‘UBS Verbier Festival  Orchestra’ (Switzerland), where he played with the conductors like James Levine, Zubin Mehta, Kurt Masur, Kent Nagano, Wolfgang Sawalisch, Cristoph von Dohnanyi, Paavo Jarvi, Claudio Vandelli, Charles Dutoit,Valery Gergiev, Neeme Jarvi etc.

 

Since 2001. First solo clarinet, Symphonic Orchestra – Vojvodinian Symphonics  from Novi Sad,

First solo clarinet , Subotica Symphonic Orchestra, Subotica, Serbia.

Awards and Admissions:

2002. The Austrian Government decided to give him the stipend according to the PSG program. 

1988, 1989 and 1991 participated and won First prizes at State and Federal competitions and  Festivals for Students of Music in Yugoslavia (Prijepolje, Belgrade and Herceg Novi).

 

1998. he won First prize on the competition Laureats of Orfeus, Belgrade.

.

The same year The University of Novi Sad gave him THE SPECIAL REWARD for the highest achievements in music activities.

1997 semifinalist at The International Competition of  Young   Musicians in Belgrade

 

Other Professional Activities:

 

1996. – 1998.   Official Demonstrator for Clarinet,  Academy of Arts - Novi Sad.

1999.-2004.  Professor Assistant at the clarinet department,  Academy of Arts – Novi Sad.

Since 2004. Docent professor  for chamber music,  Academy of Arts – Novi Sad.

Since 2000 .  Member of  Woodwind  Quintet Sinergia 5.
